HTC has another offering for those who have often thought about owning a HTC Touch Pro. The HTC S740 is a revamp of the old S710. Certainly, HTC has worked hard on its new handset.

The main concept of this handset is the Windows Mobile Standard cell phone that has the candy bar styling along with the slide-out QWERTY keyboard. HTC has borrowed many of the design features from its Touch Diamond and Touch Pro and given the S740 a 2008 look.

For information, HTC has worked hard on improving the features of the S740 over the older S710. The handset comes with 7.2Mbps HSDPA on the 900 and 2100MHz bands.

Other features include a 3.2-megapixel fixed focus cam, 2.4-inch QVGA display, quad band, GPS, EDGE, and WiFi. Many might be thinking that their handset already features most of those features.
