Last year, the luxury Aura phone was announced by Motorola and promoted by well-know soccer superstar David Beckham. At present, Motorola has announced an even more expensive Aura. Perhaps, the Aura was not luxurious enough for Motorola anymore.
Motorola decided to upgrade the Aura with 18 carat gold plating and 34 diamonds, 30 of which are embedded above and bellow the phone’s circular display, the rest four gems shine on the D-pad. There are not too many functional changes and developments.

The new Motorola Aura Diamond Edition may be not so jewelry-thrilled and expensive as the 5500 euro Motorola Aura Diamoniqe Limited Edition, offering “only” 34 diamonds (instead of 90) and 18 carat gold plating, but it will be much easier to pick one.
The specifications of the Aura Diamond are the same as the first Aura. The highlights include quad-band GSM, 2MP snapper, 2GB internal storage and mostly a round AMOLED screen with 480 pixels diameter.

The Motorola Aura Diamond Edition will be offered at the price of 3800 euro starting from 26 October this year.
