The Nokia 6300 has been considered as one of the most satisfied products of Nokia. No wonder if the Nokia 6300 is considered as the most-wanted middle-end handset. However, it seemed that the successful achievement from the past product could not stop Nokia to launch more products to satisfy the need of new high-tech cellphones.
According to Soren Petersen, Senior Vice President of Nokia Corp., the Nokia 6700 Classic is considered as a successor of the famous Nokia 6300. The 5MP Nokia 6700 Classic is the latest S40 device, which expected to become a bestseller as its forerunner.
The Nokia 6700 Classic comes with a 5MP autofocus camera plus flashlight, built-in GPS receiver with Nokia Maps, and the fantastic Nokia WebKit Open Source Browser (previously available only on the Symbian S60 smartphones). The Windows Live messenger will also pre-installed on the handset. In addition, there will be Flash Light 3 support that should allow watching Flash video on the go. The Nokia 6700 Classic will ship with 1GB microSD card (expandable up to 8GB) in Black metallic, Brown metallic, Matte metallic, and Silver metallic colors. Moreover, it will be released with the price tag of 235 euro in Q3 2009.
Below are the Nokia 6700 Classic’s specifications:
