Samsung’s new business-class notebooks, which are the 14.1-inch P460 and 15.4-inch P560, are now available in the US market.

The models offered at NewEgg are the Samsung P460-44G and Samsung P560-54G; both of these notebooks are featuring the Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 CPU at 2GHz, 3GB of DDR3 RAM, a 320GB hard drive, and a DVD burner. The Samsung P460-44G includes the Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated GPU, while the P560-54G comes with the NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GS 256MB video graphic card. The screen-displays in the Samsung’s notebooks have a resolution of 1280×800 pixels.

Both, the Samsung P460-44G and Samsung P560-54G are powered with Microsoft Windows Vista Business OS. These notebooks have a 1.3MP web cam, 802.11a/b/g/n wireless, Gigabit LAN, Bluetooth connections, modem, HDMI and VGA outputs, a 3-in-1 media card reader, and PC card slot. In addition, regarding security issue, there is a fingerprint reader and the Trusted Platform Module chip.

The Samsung P460 has three USB ports and weighs 5.3 pounds, while the 5.8-pound Samsung P560 has four USBs. In addition, the Samsung P460-44G and Samsung P560-54G are priced at $1,099.99 and $1,149.99 respectively. The prices reflect instant savings.
