The most heard complain that BlackBerry Storm users have is that the virtual keyboard is no match for a physical one, even if they really love the larger screen-display. Other cell phone manufacturer such as HTC has suggested solutions in the form of slider models that feature both a large screen and a physical keyboard, but these keyboards have to be flat and often do not perform as well as BlackBerry’s current ones.
