Recently, Microsoft introduces black screen for users running pirated Windows OS, making it more difficult to run a non-genuine copies of Windows.

The changes of the software includes replacing a black screen on the desktop wallpaper every 60 minutes and permanently displaying a notification warning that the user is using a pirated copy of Windows.

The changes are being rolled out on Windows XP Pro and same system may also be included for other OS. Bad news for users who use pirated software, because this new updates on Windows Genuine Advantage software really works, then it would pursue users who use pirated software to have a genuine Windows.

I my humble opinion, this new idea from Microsoft will help stop the rampant software piracy. However, it will also pursue people behind this software piracy to discover another idea to overlap this new updates regarding Genuine Windows from Microsoft.
